  AZO film magnetron sputtering continuous production line has seven vacuum chambers,in this order : inlet chamber,inlet buffer chamber,inlet transfer chamber, processing chamber, outlet transfer chamber,outlet buffer chamber,outlet chamber.

    2 pairs of MF twins Si target adopting PCU04 closed loop control make the high quality isolated SiO2 layer formed, and 10 pairs of cylinder AZO target make the high-quality transparent conductor AZO film realized. The designed processing size of planar substrate material is 1100mm wide, 1400mm long and the production processing cycle can be optimized to 60-120 seconds. The production line adopts the advanced design of using molecular pump to make the gas isolated , adopts the turbo molecular pump to get efficient isolation, stable pumping speed and uniform gas distribution, in addition.

    This production line is specialized in coating the transparent conductive film covered on the thin film solar cell, which is used as an anti-reflective layer and a transparent electrode so as to improve the solar energy conversion efficiency. Otherwise, using the AZO thin film in place of ITO, could not only reduce the production cost, but also protect the environment , making the film performance much more stable.

1. Within 24 hours after the buyer delivered the formal Technical Support Report to 
seller, our company should design a suitable plan.
2. The warranty of the machine is 12 months, the other maintenance can be 
supplied for the whole life of the machine.(Charged during the warranty due to human's damage resulted from wrong operation.
3. Within 7 days after the buyer receives the formal Finishing Inspection Report from
seller, the buyer must has quality inspection in site. Buyer must pay the balance 
before shipment after quality is approved.
4. Sellers provides Customer Files for a maintenance and repairing service following up.
Sellers should provide the spare parts for buyer during the equipment's life time as requested.
